Going Back To Southern Africa

It has been 20 years since I returned to the USA from having lived in The Republic of Swaziland, Africa for six  years.I lived in the bush serving as a Rural Development Officer for the Council of Swaziland Churches. My main job was to find potable water in a semi-arid area in the low veld (low country).

I have wanted to return and visit the house I lived in and greet the many people I knew when I lived there. Many have died and people move on with their lives. Still the urge has been there. Recently I purchased a round trip ticket to The Republic of South Africa for later March - April, 2012

I will be staying with friends in Mpumalanga Region of S.A. and visit Cape Town and Kruger National Park - the largest game reserve in the world. I will also get a chance to spend a week in Swaziland. The church I associated with will be having a special worship service while I am there. It will begin about 10 p.m. and last all night as is the custom with that church.
